  I like the fact that our room didn't have any carpet and it was big. The room had a microwave, a frig, a diner table and a futon. I give it a 3 stars rating because of the bed, it was sooooo hard, I'm use to less harder bed. It was hard to find a unuse electric outlet to charge my phone, but this hotel looks old so, I wasn't surprise. But I think I will go there again If I have to because of the low price!

  I called the night before and asked if there were jacuzzi tubs in the room I was booking and low floor room as I can't do stairs. I was told yes. We got there and were told no that tub only in one room and no room on low floor. After about 15 min of explaining my problems with the booking amazingly they gave us a room on low floor. Next morning I went out for a smoke on way back to room the Chinese woman who owns the place asked if she could help me. I replied we were packing up to leave. My partner and I took stuff to car when I came back she knocked on the door asking again what I was doing. I told her getting the rest of my stuff. She replied saying ok when will you be out. At this point I felt like I was being pushed out of a dump room that I had paid for and expressed that to her. She apologized. As I was leaving with the my arms full of my stuff I walked by the room she was " cleaning " ( saw no dirty sheets from previous person anywhere. She just made the bed without changing the linen) she leaned around the door and said " you are not welcome back you f%¥*$$¥ b----h!! I was stunned! I've never been treated like that in my life. The place is a dump with rude owners and staff that treat you like dirt. We even heard two couples who stayed in a double room rate at 110 had to pay 300 at check out for 4 people in room. I hope Noone ever has to experience that in the future. DO NOT STAY here!

  Was a great place to relax indeed. Just slightly over priced and the placement of the room could have deen better. The customer service was very good and the room very clean.

  Expensive for what it is. Carpet dirty in the aisle. Room: average cleaned
