    The hotel is conveniently located across from the Museum of History. My room was located close to the elevator so it was a bit noisy at times. The room itself was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    Great location. Always clean. Friendly staff. Only issue is that they seem to get A LOT of hockey tournament families in there and those kids can be very loud. Could use a bit more "security". I've seen ball hockey games in hallways.

    A pleasant surprise as this is not a 5 stars hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Four Points in Gatineau. They treat you like a VIP. A short drive from Ottawa train station and downtown Ottawa and Gatineau. The hotel restaurant is top notch. Very clean. Delicious food and friendly professional service. Room service for breakfast was on time, polite, helpful, and delicious. Portions are generous and fresh. I recommend.

    Rooms are nice and what is to be expected. But underground parking is horrible. Like horrible horrible.

    Comfy bed! Small gym! Nearby restaurants and only a 20 minute walk to the market. Always fresh citrus water in the lobby which is nice!
