  Went to the casino for the second year in a row to celebrate NYE - the venue is great, really good band and fun party favors were given out closer to midnight. Staff was friendly and helpful, but on a night where I'm sure capacity was at the limit, they could have staffed more bartenders at the bar(s). Wait times for drinks were 15 to 25 minutes!! Overall a good experience but staffing levels should be improved.

  Oh my... This is one of my favorite properties to go to. I stay in hotels frequently and definitely know the difference between a good hotel and a bad one. This is a casino hotel but you don't need to go to the casino to have a good time. The spa and pools are great and in the summertime you could sit right on the lake and watch all the boaters which I have done. The breakfast buffet is totally outstanding the food is great tasty and the restaurant itself is very clean. Totally love this definitely five star.

  The outdoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful and always clean, and the rooms are beautiful. I love the soft beds and lovely bedding as well. The washrooms in the executive rooms are spacious and have a separate soaker tub and rain shower. All rooms have a beautiful view of the lake.

  My hands down favourite hotel. I visit at least OJ e a month to treat myself , sometimes more. It’s Totally worth it to pay a little extra for an executive suite. The Conrad lounge is really nice and comfortable with a nice view. You can have a light dinner here in the evenings, sweets later on, breakfast here is also included.

  Afterwards we stayed for a bit so my bf could try his luck at the slot machines. We went on a Saturday night, very busy spot! Thankfully there is a lot of indoor and outdoor parking available. All in all a fun date night.

  I love the casino... maybe a bit too much sometimes lol. Their hotel is good but a bit pricey. The service is impeccable on the hotel and casino side. They have valet parking also. I'm only giving a 3 stars because every time I go there I loose all my money at the tables so I can't recommend it to any one else.

  I was at the casino to see a Beatles Story. Great show, and the first performance I have been to at the casino. I would go back again
